You are here at the beginning of something new. This website is still in a draft form, it is a proof of concept and not fully functional yet.

Eventually it will be presented in it's final form. When this happens you will likely have to recreate a new account in the new system.

We do the best we can to make helpful maps. DiveMapping.com, our staff and volunteers make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or safety of our maps. DiveMapping.com, our staff, partners, locations, dive shops and affiliates are not liable for any damages or injury incurred when using our maps. Each diver is responsible for their own safety at all times. By using our maps and website you acknowledge this and you (including those working on your behalf such as family members) agree not to pursue legal actions against any of the parties named above regarding our services including maps in print and online.

Please dive within your limits and get the proper training, your safety is your responsibility.

Our maps in print and online are protected by our copyright. They are our property. You may use and share our maps designed for printing, they specifically have a note at the bottom granting you permission to distribute these for print versions for free in print or digitally. You may not alter them, the writing on or surrounding the maps or logos which are included on or around the maps in any way. For our online interactive maps all rights are reserved. You may share about them, but you may not reverse engineer them, copy any portion of them, or distribute them outside of our DiveMapping.com membership platform/website. Violation of this use agreement is grounds for suspension of your account without warning and without refund, restricting access to our services and/or legal action against you for misuse and illegal conduct regarding our proprietary services and intellectual property.
